Winning Preferred Bidder Status for Gleeds

Gleeds wanted to develop a consistent message through the bid process from tender to interview and client leave-behind. They aspired to be engaged as a partner if not the preferred bidder.

We felt it was important to share their philosophy of client care and relationship building rather than just their technical skills. We approached the partnership ethos in a variety of visual concepts to demonstrate their vital support role.

We developed Essential Partners. Using bespoke photography to demonstrate Gleeds in a pivitol role in alternative environments helped Lloyds appreciate their soft benefits in contrast to the technical benefits of using Gleeds.

Mission accomplished. Lloyds gave feedback that was exceptional and used Gleeds services in support of the preferred bidder on a number of commissions. It started the relationship with a new client.
